Hypnotherapy

Explore the deeper patterns that may be influencing your life.

Our conscious mind is only one part of our experience. Beneath our everyday thoughts and awareness are memories, emotions, beliefs, habits, and patterns that can sometimes influence the way we think, feel, and respond to life.

Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, focused state of awareness to help you access and explore these deeper levels of the mind.

Unlike sleep, hypnosis is not a state of being unconscious or unaware. During hypnosis, you remain conscious and aware, able to hear, think, communicate, and choose how you respond.

The deeply relaxed state can make it easier to turn your attention inward and explore thoughts, emotions, memories, and beliefs that may not always be easy to access in our usual state of awareness.

How can Hypnotherapy help?

Hypnotherapy can be used as a tool for personal development and emotional exploration.

Depending on what you would like to work on, a session may focus on:

The purpose is not to make you forget something or take away your control.

Rather, hypnotherapy creates a space in which you can become more aware of what may be influencing you and explore new ways of responding

Age Regression

Sometimes, a difficulty we experience today may be connected to an earlier experience in our lives.

Age regression is a technique used in hypnotherapy to explore memories, emotions, and experiences associated with earlier stages of life.

The intention is not necessarily to recreate or prove exactly what happened in the past. Instead, the process can help us explore how an earlier experience may have influenced the beliefs, emotions, or patterns we carry today.

Bringing greater awareness to these patterns can sometimes help us relate to them differently in the present.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is an experiential and spiritual form of regression work that uses hypnosis to explore images, memories, stories, or experiences that may appear to come from another lifetime.

People approach past-life regression for different reasons. Some are curious about recurring patterns, relationships, fears, or experiences that seem difficult to explain. Others simply want to explore their spiritual journey and the possibility of experiences beyond their current lifetime.

Whether the material that emerges is understood as an actual past-life memory, symbolic imagery, or an expression of the subconscious mind is a personal interpretation.

The value of the experience can lie in the insight, meaning, and perspective that you take from it.

Working with Fears and Phobias

Fear can be useful when it protects us from genuine danger. But sometimes a fear can become disproportionate to the situation or begin to restrict our choices and everyday life.

Hypnotherapy can provide a calm environment in which to explore the thoughts, emotions, and associations connected with a fear or phobia.

The aim is to help you develop a different relationship with the fear and, where appropriate, support a greater sense of calm and confidence.

For significant or severe phobias, hypnotherapy should be considered complementary to appropriate professional mental-health care

What happens during a session?

We begin by talking about what you would like to explore and what you hope to gain from the session.

I then guide you into a deeply relaxed and focused state. You remain aware throughout the process and can communicate with me at any time.

Depending on your intention, we may work with relaxation, suggestions, memories, emotions, beliefs, age regression, or past-life regression.

You are never required to accept a suggestion or explore something that feels uncomfortable. You remain an active participant in the process.

You are not giving up control.

One of the most common misconceptions about hypnosis is that the hypnotist takes control of your mind.

This is not how I approach hypnotherapy.

You remain aware and have the ability to stop, speak, or choose not to follow a suggestion at any point. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between you and the practitioner.

The intention is to help you access your own inner resources and awareness — not to take away your choice or free will.

No. You do not need to be on a video call or telephone call during the session. I will let you know when your session is scheduled, and you can simply make yourself comfortable at that time.

If possible, I recommend creating a quiet space where you can relax without interruptions.

Past Life Regression is a spiritual and experiential practice, and people interpret the experiences that arise in different ways.

Some people experience what they understand as memories of another lifetime, while others experience symbolic images, stories, emotions, or impressions. There is no scientific way to establish that every experience during regression represents a literal past life.

For me, the focus is on what the experience may help you understand about yourself and your present life.

There is no fixed number. It depends on what you would like to explore and the nature of the issue.

Some people may find one session meaningful, while others choose to work through a particular pattern over several sessions. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you rather than assuming that a particular number of sessions is necessary.

No. Hypnotherapy is a complementary practice and should not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

If you are experiencing a significant mental-health condition, trauma, or other health concern, please continue working with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Hypnotherapy may sometimes be used alongside professional care where appropriate.

You do not need to prepare anything complicated. It is helpful to come with an intention or an area of your life that you would like to explore.

You do not need to know exactly what the underlying issue is. Part of the process is discovering what may be beneath the surface.
